Returns Policy

You may return most non-plaid items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Proof of purchase or store receipt is required to process a return. The items must be new, unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Plaid items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All hair accessories, socks, and personalized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Same policy applies for items purchased in store. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after we have received the items back and have process the return. 
If you need to return an item, please contact us by phone or email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We can ship to any address in the US. When you place an order, our website will provide standard shipping cost via ground shipping based on the weight calculated for the items in your cart. Please also note that the standard shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.We also provide flat rate shipping which is 3-day shipping which is not weight based.
